East Carolina Network customers may choose from a variety of services and support options. Many of our services are available only to those companies maintaining sites on the East Carolina Network.

A valid account and e-mail address are required. Your ECNET user ID and PW are NOT related to your e-mail or ISP user IDs and Passwords.

- ^E-Mail Account Installation and Set-Up... and the ECNET Web Messaging Service. Here's where you learn how to install your new e-mail account. Includes a tutorial on e-mail software selection and recommendations on the type of "commercial grade" software to order.
Instructions are provided for retrieving e-mail using the ECNET Web Messaging System ... ideal for retrieving / sending / replying to e-mail while traveling or for deleting individual messages and updating your account information. The ECNET Web Messaging System works with any forms capable web browser ... e-mail software and setup is not required.

- The grassroots CALENDAR® presents events on a "rolling" two year basis. This unique calendar can be maintained by multiple organizations, departments within an organization or personnel within a single organization or department. The database is instantly updated as each group or individual adds or deletes events, thus it is as up-to-date as the last data entry.
